Can I change my order?
You can almost always make amendments to your
orders provided they have not been completed
and areready for despatch.

Can I return goods I do not want?
No. As these products are personalised there is no
return permitted other than transit damaged goods.

You must be over 18 years old to place an order with Enail
Professional.
We will arrange for replacement of goods which have been
damaged in transit.
Please inform us about any problems within 5 days of delivery.
We aim to deliver your orders within 7 working days of confirmation.
For first orders, this is 7 days from confirmation of label design.
If a colour is not in stock, we will send the order without and only
charge for the stock which is sent.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
Payment for each order is due prior to shipment.

Privacy
We are registered under the Protection of Data Act. Your details are
kept securely.
We do not share any information you give us with any other party
other than the credit card companies for the purpose of payment
